Contact Relationship
When there are too many cases to follow, users and sales personnel will start to forget the names of the contact person of each company, and sometimes you may mix up the names of the contact person, as they may share the same name, but in completely different companies.
Even though they have the same name, but they may be in completely different positions, for example Tim in Company A may be a manager, but Tim in Company B may only be an office assistant. Users must understand who they are speaking with and who the decision maker is.
